  • Put a third of the ice cream, some ganache, and Reese’s cup bits in a plastic storage container. With the final two layers, repeat. The ice cream will be on the soft side, but it can be eaten right away or placed in the freezer to “cure” or harden for a few hours. For up to two weeks, keep in the freezer in an airtight container.
